• The Eight Sects Sword Art was most likely mistranslated as in chapter 64, it is stated the main character trains in the blade. In chapter 18, Lee Gwak stated he prefers the "sword" which are better than the "blade" which is the other way around in chapter 64. Due to this contradiction it was most likely mistranslated.
• The Eight Sects Blade and Thunder Blade Fusion Art is a temporary name. This is due to the fact that in chapter 49 Lee Gwak fused the Eight Sects Blade Art and the Thunder Blade Art.
• After the sixth snake awakened Lee Gwak sees the world in a different light and was able to fuse two different martial art techniques into a new blade art. He was also able to assist and teach a subordinate to utilise their body in a more efficient manner while training.
• Lee Gwak reached the Peak Martial Master level when he awakened the fifth snake as he has awakened the sixth snake his level most likely surpasses the Peak Martial Master level.
• He is the outer hall squad leader of squad 13.
